Pro-MAGA attorney Mike Davis issued a strong call to action for Republicans in the wake of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk’s killing. Speaking on the “Benny Johnson Show,” Davis, founder of the conservative Article III Project, said the GOP must stop hesitating and confront what he described as a growing threat from the left.
Davis criticized Democratic Representative Ilhan Omar for allegedly celebrating Kirk’s death and urged Republicans to hold her accountable by removing her from committee assignments and censuring her. He argued that Republicans continue to approach political conflicts with outdated expectations, assuming Democrats operate like those from previous generations who simply disagreed on policy rather than actively opposing conservatives.
Highlighting what he described as repeated attacks on former President Trump—ranging from legal challenges to threats against his safety—Davis framed the current political climate as increasingly hostile. He emphasized that Democrats’ rhetoric and labeling of conservatives as “fascists” or “garbage” has escalated tensions and contributed to acts of violence against conservative figures.
Davis insisted that Republicans must respond strategically, using legal, political, and financial measures to counter what he called a “leftist Marxist” agenda that seeks to cancel, imprison, or otherwise harm conservatives.
