Search For Missing 10-Month-Old Baby Has Come To An End After 36 Hours

A devastating case in Idaho gripped the community when 10-month-old Zeke Best was found dead just a day after an Amber Alert was issued for his disappearance. Authorities took his father, Jeremy Albert Best, into custody over the weekend, connecting him not only to the abduction but also to the death of his wife.
The chain of events unfolded after a hunter reported seeing a man lying naked in a sleeping bag by the roadside, about 24 miles east of Idaho Falls. The individual was identified as Jeremy Best, who was allegedly making incoherent statements at the time.
Law enforcement soon discovered Best’s vehicle crashed in an embankment nearby. Inside, they made the tragic discovery of baby Zeke’s lifeless body, sparking a full investigation by Idaho State Police, the FBI, and local authorities.
